We know your time is valuable and we know that things don’t always go to plan. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment if you are not going to be able to make it. Cancellations (as well as failure to attend an appointment) with less than 24 hours notice are chargeable. We will always try to accommodate your scheduling needs and can only do this if we can ensure that clinic time is not wasted.
We ask that you attend your appointments on time so that we can deliver the standard of service that we promise and ensure that the clinic runs smoothly. In return, we promise to do our best to run on time, as we know your time is just as valuable as ours.
